A pre-agreed set fee.
Commonly 10% of the total budget (Starting at $10k).

DOP

Recce & Pre-production fee: $1,500 ($1,680 including super surcharge)
Travel or additional recce days: $1,000 ($1,120 including super surcharge)

*DOP day rate fee when working as Director & DOP = 50%.

Post

Day rate: $1,000 ($1,120 including super surcharge)
Half-day rate: $600 ($672 including super surcharge)
Hourly rate: $250 ($280 including super surcharge)

Equipment

I own an Arri Alexa Mini package along with other camera, lighting and grip accessories, which can be found here. (Please see the tabs for additional equipment)

I have ACs, Gaffers, Grips and rental houses that I work with regularly and can recommend as needed.

Alexa Mini Package (No lenses) = $1500 per day (Discounted from $2,570)
Alexa Mini Package with Zeiss Contax lenses = $1800 per day (Discounted from $3,070)

When no first AC is booked for a gear prep day, a gear prep fee of $500 is charged.
When no van is booked, a van can be supplied for $200 daily.

Terms

• A superannuation surcharge will be added at an additional 12%. (Labour only)
• GST will be charged at an additional 10%.
• Any confirmed bookings carry a cancellation charge of 100%.
• If a date is booked or put on hold, it will be considered confirmed 48 hours before such date unless previously cancelled or released.
• A day is based on 8 hours. Overtime fees may apply, 1.5x = after 8 hours, 2x = after 10 hours.
• Mileage is charged from the 20km radius (Sydney CBD). Rate = 85c per KM + All Tolls & Parking.
• For post-production, Premiere Pro project files can be shared upon request. Any VFX, animation, or colour-grading are considered intellectual property, and project files are not supplied.
